JSE Surplus Shipping Policy

• If USPS is chosen, there is no insurance against lost or stolen packages. The customer takes responsibility for the shipment at the time the tracking number is provided.
• All orders are filled in the order they are placed.
• We make every attempt to ship within 48 hrs of the time the order was received (during regular business hours and days, unless there are ship time delays specified on the home page). This applies to Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments as well.
• Orders placed during the course of a sale may be delayed longer.
• If you place an order for an item that is back ordered, we will fill all possible items on the order available to ship.
• We charge the standard shipping charge for the items shipped only. We will note on your packing list what items were back ordered. You will be called or emailed when your back ordered part arrives to verify you want to receive those items on back order. If you do not want to leave the items on back order, we will cancel the order for you.
• We do not pay for shipping on back ordered items.
• If there is a flat rate shipping options in place, the shipping for back ordered items will be at the flat rate for that item’s value.
• We do not ship any item internationally. We only ship to the 50 US States.

• Your billing address MUST MATCH EXACTLY the credit card billing address of the card holder.If you try to process your order with incorrect information your bank may temporarily (24-48hrs) hold the funds for the purchase even though we do not receive them.
• Signature confirmation will be required on all orders over $100.00 merchandise total value.
• JSE will contact you for address verification if the billing and shipping addresses do not match. We must have verification of the ship to address viability before we can process your order. Once an address has been verified we maintain that location as a valid shipping address for future orders.
• Shipping estimates for delivery are from the time the order leaves our building until they get to you. It’s not the total time from the time you place the order. Orders are filled in the order they are received.
• Please verify your city and state prior to completing your order.
• Special Shipping prices may change if the minimum shippable product is not met.
• If ordering an FFL item, please enter your FFL’s address in the ship to section or notes on your order. We ask them to fax (573-334-7166) or email us a copy their license to sales@jsesurplus.com
