Chambered in 5.56 NATO for full compatibility with surplus MIL-SPEC ammunition or commercial .223 Remington. Constructed of 4140 chrome moly steel and finished in nitride for excellent surface protection. The 1:7 twist rate is great for stabilizing most bullet weights and the pistol-length gas system is optimal for reliability and reduced recoil.
