JSE Surplus Shipping Policy:

All orders are filled in the order they are placed. The cut off time to process and ship an overnight order is 2PM Central Time. We make every attempt to ship within 48 hrs of the time the order was received (during regular business hours and days). If you place an order for an item that is back ordered, we will fill all possible items on the order available to ship. We charge the standard shipping charge for the items shipped only. We will note on your invoice what items were back ordered. You will be called or emailed when your back ordered part arrives to verify you want to receive those items on back order. If you do not want to leave the items on back order, we will cancel the order for you. We do not pay for shipping on back ordered items.
